Browsing the site, as well as purchasing any product in the REDANIMALSURF virtual store, implies acceptance of these General Sales Conditions by the User and the Customer.

REDANIMALSURF reserves the right to change these General Conditions of Sale without prior notice, any changes being published on the website www.redanimalsurf.com.

All contractual information is written in Portuguese, as well as the information on the articles, email communications and formalization of the sale.

The data registered by REDANIMALSURF constitute proof of the set of transactions carried out between REDANIMALSURF and the Client.

As soon as you complete your purchase, you will receive an automatic email confirming the transaction. If the data is not correct, you can immediately ask for its change, or even the cancellation of the purchase made.

Product Availability

All promotional campaigns have limited and exclusive stock for online marketing.

REDANIMALSURF only processes an order placed by a Customer after confirmation of the respective payment, so REDANIMALSURF cannot guarantee the availability of the articles until the aforementioned processing begins.

Orders are dispatched via CTT, the delivery times being those practiced by this company.

REDANIMALSURF only ships on working days. In this way, neither weekends nor holidays are counted for order delivery estimates.

If any product ordered is unavailable, REDANIMALSURF will contact the customer if the delivery time or the price of the item changes, and the order will only proceed after consent given by the customer.

In case of absolute unavailability of stock of the product ordered, REDANIMALSURF may propose to the Customer the supply of a product of equivalent quality and price, if any, and, also in this case, the order will only proceed after consent given by the customer.

In case of absolute unavailability of stock of the ordered product, and if it is not possible to offer the Customer any product of equivalent quality and price or if the Customer has not given his consent to change the order initially placed, REDANIMALSURF will refund the amounts paid by the Customer, within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days after the notice of cancellation.

Any delay verified in the dispatch of articles, in view of the estimated dates presented, does not entitle the Customer to any compensation.

Within the scope of its Customer Satisfaction Policy, and in accordance with the applicable legislation, REDANIMALSURF allows the exchange or return (termination of the contract) of articles, within 14 days from the date of receipt by the Customer, without payment compensation and without the need to state the reason, provided that the products and packaging are intact.
The Customer has the right to terminate the contract without incurring any costs within a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the day following the day: on which the Customer or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, acquires possession of the good or in the event that the Customer or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last good when the consumer has ordered several goods in a single order and the goods are delivered separately.

In order to exercise his right of free termination, the Customer must communicate to the REDANIMALSURF store, using the contacts indicated in this document, his decision to terminate this contract by means of an unequivocal declaration (for example, a letter sent by post or email).

If they so wish, the Customer also has the possibility to fill in and submit the free termination form or any other unequivocal declaration of termination electronically. If you make use of this possibility, REDANIMALSURF will send the Customer within 24 (twenty-four) hours, by email, an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal request.

In order for the free resolution period to be respected, it is sufficient that your communication regarding the exercise of the right of free resolution is sent to REDANIMALSURF before the end of the resolution period.

In the event of termination of this contract, all payments made will be refunded to the Customer, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the possible choice of a shipping method other than the less expensive normal shipping method offered by REDANIMALSURF), without undue delay and, in any case, at the latest within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which REDANIMALSURF is informed of the Customer's decision to terminate this contract.

With a view to speeding up the refund process, the refund will be made using the same means of payment, unless expressly agreed to the contrary between both parties.
If the customer wants another form of reimbursement, he must, for this purpose, contact REDANIMALSURF, within a maximum period of 7 days from the date on which REDANIMALSURF was informed of his decision to terminate the contract.

REDANIMALSURF hereby informs that it may withhold the refund until it has received the returned goods.

The Customer must return the goods, without undue delay and no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which he informed Pilares da Saúde of the free termination of the contract, considering that the same is respected if the Customer returns the goods before the end of this period of 14 (fourteen) days.

The Customer must fully bear the costs of returning the goods in the event of exercising the right of free termination of the contract. In the case of returning goods that, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by mail, the Customer must bear the direct costs of said return, which are associated with the shipping costs shown in the order shipping cost table.

If you wish to exchange items, the Customer may contact REDANIMALSURF, which will provide you with all the information about the exchange process. The Customer must not, under any circumstances, send items to REDANIMALSURF without having made prior contact, as they will not be accepted.

When returning and exchanging items, the Customer must respect the following conditions:

    Return of items in good condition, with complete original packaging and accompanied by the respective receipt or original invoice;

REDANIMALSURF does not accept the return or exchange of these items after they have been used.0

After contacting REDANIMALSURF Customer Support and having been given the return instructions, you can send us the item properly packaged, with original packaging, to the following address:

All items will be checked upon arrival at our service and only those that respect the return conditions will be accepted for exchange or return.

In case of return, if the Customer chooses to refund the amount, REDANIMALSURF informs that:

    Reimbursement is made using the same payment method. REDANIMALSURF asks the Customer to provide him with a NIB so that the return takes place more quickly.
    The refund will only be made after checking the condition of the product.

REDANIMALSURF reserves the right not to accept articles that do not comply with these conditions.

Consumer Goods Warranty

If the purchased product has a defect or malfunction, the Customer must report the situation to REDANIMALSURF's Customer Support, informing the order number and the description of the malfunction.

Upon receipt of the article at REDANIMALSURF's facilities, a technical check will be carried out and the article will be replaced. In this case, REDANIMALSURF will replace the item and send it again to the Customer's address at no additional cost.

If the technical verification detects signs of misuse, and/or any problem that may have caused the malfunction of the item (for example: falling, humidity, etc.) the product will not be covered by the guarantee.

Applicable Law

All purchases made on the website www.redanimalsurf.com. are subject to Portuguese legislation. Any conflict or divergence of interpretation of the General Conditions of Sale will be submitted to the competent Portuguese Court.

If the Customer is located outside mainland Portugal, REDANIMALSURF hereby informs that any legal proceedings must be forwarded to the Portuguese Courts.
